1. Blend the banana, mango, coconut, honey, cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
2. Heat the coconut milk and saffron until just simmering.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the heavy cream.
4. Pour the coconut milk mixture into the blender with the fruit puree and blend until smooth.
5. Pour the mixture into the wafer cone and top with chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and pistachios.
