1. In a large bowl, marinate the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic and thyme.
2. Generously season with cumin, red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and allow them to marinate at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.
4. Heat a grill or a griddle over medium high heat.
5. Remove chicken and discard any extra marinates
6. Grill the marinated chicken drumsticks until cooked through and have nice grill marks, for about 12-15 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 170F.
7. Serve immediately.
