  • – 200 grams chicken breast
  • – 100 grams canned tuna
  • – 70 grams onion
  • – 50 grams carrot
  • – 30 grams celery
  • – 10 grams dried lime
  • – 5 grams garlic
  • – 100 milliliters fish stock
  • – 100 milliliters coconut milk
  • – 10 grams butter
  • – 5 grams olive oil
  • – Pinch of saffron
  • – Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe steps

1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.

3. Add the garlic, carrot, and celery and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
